Community rules
1. Purpose
Simt Social lets people discover and organise real activities on a map. These rules define the accepted behaviour and the consequences of breaking them.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older and give an honest attestation when signing up.
- One account may represent only one real person.
3. Activities and content
- Publish real activities, with an honest title, schedule and location.
- Respect the capacity, the RSVP mode and the location privacy choices of the host.
- Optional images must respect the rights of the people and places photographed.
- Prohibited: illegal, misleading, discriminatory, dangerous, pornographic, spam or fraudulent content.
4. Location and privacy
- Do not share someone else's exact location without their permission.
- Do not use Simt Social to track, harass or expose anyone.
5. Interactions
- No harassment, threats, hate speech or incitement of violence.
- Blocking is available; respect the distance it imposes immediately.
- Comments and reactions must stay in proportion to the context of the activity.
6. Reporting and moderation
- Report any content or behaviour that goes against these rules.
- Teams review reports within the published operational timelines.
- Decisions may lead to removal, a warning, a temporary limit or a suspension.
- You can appeal a decision within the period stated in the restriction notice.
7. Activity announcements (beta)
- Reserved for the host; plain text during the Free beta.
- No unfiltered HTML; structured Business links stay out of the beta.
8. Consequences
Breaking these rules can lead to account restrictions, content removal and, for a serious offence, closing the Simt Social account without deleting the Firebase account shared with the other SIMT services.
